Kevees Pharmaceuticals was established on 25 May 1996 by Late Dr. K. V. Vijayan (1952–2005), an accomplished Ayurvedic physician who completed his studies at the renowned Ayurveda Samajam, Shornur, Kerala. His vision extended beyond clinical practice. He believed that authentic Ayurvedic medicines should be manufactured with the same sincerity, precision, and ethical responsibility with which they are prescribed.
His aspiration was simple yet profound—to make high-quality Ayurvedic medicines accessible to every physician and every patient without compromising the integrity of classical formulations.

The foundation of Kevees, however, reaches even deeper.The company represents the continuation of a three-generation legacy of Ayurvedic physicians. Long before the establishment of the manufacturing unit, both Dr. Vijayan’s father and grandfather were widely respected practitioners dedicated to preserving the traditional science of Ayurveda through compassionate patient care and clinical excellence. Their commitment to authentic healing laid the philosophical foundation upon which Kevees was built.Over the years, the company has steadily grown from a regional manufacturer into a trusted Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Company serving healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, institutions, franchise partners, and international buyers.

Following the untimely demise of its founder in 2005, the responsibility of carrying this legacy forward was embraced by Dr. Vijith K. V., son of Dr. K. V. Vijayan. For the past 21 years, he has guided the organization with a clear vision—preserving the authenticity of Ayurveda while embracing scientific advancement, quality-driven manufacturing, research, and sustainable growth.
